One Year Mold Warranty  We guarantee that (if the conditions that led to excessive moisture have been corrected) and we treat your property, no new visible mold will reoccur for a period of one year or we will re-treat at no charge. Should a new water intrusion event to the treated area occur, Air Quality Pro, Inc. must be notified within 72 hours to minimize damage and void of warranty.  We also guarantee that when our treatment is completed, the interior levels (*pre and post testing required) of live mold and contaminants will not exceed the outside baseline levels or there is absolutely no charge. We reserve the right to retreat if necessary. This guarantee is fully transferable.
